1. Schedule consult and assessment (with Shudley Toffar, your coach.
2. First assessment we send your login details to gain access to the Total Rebuild Online Training App.
3. We will insert all assessment results into the App, together with before pictures. (this info will be live for you to see at any time.
4. Based on this information, we will set weekly and monthly objectives that would keep you in line to reach your Target.
5. Next, the Summer Shred Training Program will be made live on the Mobile App. Instructional Exercises are viewable in video format. Easy to understand and view.
6. A Custom made Meal Plan will be developed according to your needs. This will be made to accommodate the activity you are doing and produce results!
7. Your training will be tracked on the App, insert the weight being used. And rate your workout out of 10 in terms of difficulty and effectiveness.
8. You will be receiving updates and motivatation in the Messenger on the App.
9. Train harder than you ever did, follow your meal plan to the best of your ability!
10. Scheduled Assessments will happen monthly to view your progress. (x3 in total).
11. Training Program Phase 2 will kick in after 1st Month. (3x in Total)
12. Meal Plan Update after 1st Month. (3x in Total)
